Mandarin 桔子 (ju zi)

Mandarins are sweet and tangy, with a warming nature. They support digestion, benefits the spleen, removes excess fluids, alleviate food stagnation and help reduce abdominal bloating. It is advised that you eat 1-2 mandarins per day when they are in season.
