About the qigong class
Qigong (pronounced “chee-gong”) is an ancient Chinese practice that combines slow, mindful movement with breathwork and meditation to support your overall wellbeing. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qigong has been used for thousands of years to cultivate internal energy (qi) and restore harmony between body, mind, and spirit.
Through regular practice, Qigong helps to:
Boost circulation and vitality
Calm the nervous system and reduce stress
Support immune health and energy levels
Encourage balance between yin and yang
Guided by the rhythms of nature and the principles of traditional healing, Qigong invites you to slow down, reconnect, and move with intention.
Who is this class suitable for
This class is suitable for beginners. We recommend you wear loose and comfortable clothing. The exercises are easy to learn and you can practice them at home.
Your instructors
Sabine is a holistic therapist with over a decade of experience in natural health and healing. She became a qualified Qigong Teacher in 2023.
