About the class

• Both taichi and qigong come from a background of traditional Chinese medicine and follow the principles of adhering to nature, revering life, balancing yin and yang and bringing unification.

• Regular practice helps to harmonise your spirit, boost energy and immunity, invigorate qi and blood circulation and soothe your muscles and joints.

Our special style

• We have combined five elements theory with traditional taichi into a very effective form of exercise therapy known as five elements taichi to encourage circulation to the five Chinese medicine internal organs (heart, lung, liver, spleen and kidney).

• These exercises are easy to learn and remember and allow you to continue practicing on your own after attending the class.

Your instructors

Our classes are run by taichi and qigong instructors with numerous years of teaching and practical experience. They are friendly and enthusiastic, with a strong passion for sharing methods of movement therapy with the wider community.
