Explore the soul of traditional Chinese tea culture as we walk you through the story of the leaves. There are numerous types of tea, each with its own nutritional benefits and unique taste while improving mouthfeel and aftertaste. We will cover traditional Chinese leaf teas and traditional Chinese fruit and flower teas.

The story of the leaves includes:

• How to choose the most suitable tea for your body

  • We will showcase 10 popular Chinese tea, their individual health properties and any precautions to take from a traditional Chinese medicine perspective.

• How to choose tea in different seasons

  • You will learn about seasonal tea culture, which will help you identify your body constitution and which type of tea is best suited for you each season.

• How to choose tea for your general wellbeing

  • Discover how traditional Chinese tea is effective for maintaining general wellbeing, digestion, cleansing the body, boosting immunity and energy preservation.

• How to brew tea

  • You will be taught the daily way of preparing Chinese tea in a healthy way at home. 

Please choose from either Level 1 Class (Traditional Chinese leaf teas) or Level 2 Class (Traditional Chinese fruit and flower teas)

    • Brief introduction of 10 types of commonly used traditional Chinese tea.

    • Further details, demonstration and tasting of the following tea types:

    o   Chinese Green tea

    o   Red tea

    o   Peppermint tea

    o   Ginger tea

    o   Chrysanthemum and Pu-Erh combination tea

    • You will experience the uniqueness of their individual aromatic flavour and deliciously mellow taste.

    • Discover the amazing properties of rare fruit and flower teas that have excellent health benefits.

    • Learn how to choose the most suitable tea to benefit your health.

    • Further details, demonstration and tasting of the following tea types:
