About the qigong class

Qigong (pronounced “chee-gong”) is an ancient Chinese practice that combines slow, mindful movement with breathwork and meditation to support your overall wellbeing. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qigong has been used for thousands of years to cultivate internal energy (qi) and restore harmony between body, mind, and spirit.

Through regular practice, Qigong helps to:

  • Boost circulation and vitality

  • Calm the nervous system and reduce stress

  • Support immune health and energy levels

  • Encourage balance between yin and yang

Guided by the rhythms of nature and the principles of traditional healing, Qigong invites you to slow down, reconnect, and move with intention.

Who are these classes suitable for

These classes are suitable for beginners aged 16+ or those coming back to their practice. We recommend you wear loose and comfortable clothing. The exercises are easy to learn and you can practice them at home.
