About the exercise class
• This unique exercise therapy was created by the Founder of Ping Ming Health, Dr Ping Wang, who has been practicing for over 30 years and is delighted to share her valuable experience with you.
• You will be taught effective exercise techniques to encourage the flow of qi and blood to the five Chinese medicine organs (heart, lung, liver, spleen and kidney).
• You will learn how the five organs work in your body and how to maintain them well.
• This exercise is based on acupuncture channel theory and focuses on the stimulation of external points in order to harmonise the health of internal organs via channel connections.
Benefits of attending
• Regular practice helps to harmonise your spirit, boost energy and immunity, invigorate qi and blood circulation and soothe your muscles and joints.
