Ping’s Talk

‘Support long term health’

Discover a gentle, therapeutic workshop that blends self-meridian massage, diet tips and a talk from Ping on Traditional Chinese Medicine to support your body, mind, and emotions.

About this class

Developed by Dr Ping Wang, founder of Ping Ming Health and a Senior TCM practitioner with over 35 years of clinical experience, this self-therapy offers a practical, empowering way to support your daily health and wellbeing.

Grounded in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Dr Ping has developed simple yet effective self-massage exercises that stimulate external points along the body’s meridian channels, helping to restore internal balance and support vitality.

In TCM, 14 major meridians connect the internal organs with specific areas of the body. These pathways are traditionally activated through practices such as acupuncture, cupping, massage, and gua sha to promote the smooth flow of energy and support the body’s natural functions.

Through clear, practical instruction, Dr Ping teaches these self-massage movements so you can confidently continue the practice at home, supporting ongoing balance, vitality, and long-term health.

What you’ll learn:

  • Therapeutic gentle self-meridian massage exercise techniques to encourage the flow of qi, promoting health and vitality

  • These movement based exercises target stimulating external points, using acupuncture channels to harmonise the health of internal organs.

  • Targeted breathing and stretching exercises to invigorate qi and blood flow, boost energy, and strengthen immunity.

  • Learn about Traditional Chinese Medicine and how the five organs work in your body (Heart, Lung, Liver, Spleen, Kidney) and how to maintain them.

  • Benefits of the class the exercises enhance circulation, relieve joint stress, and restore balance. The movement can be modified dependent on each person and can be done seated or standing.

  • Fine motor activities can be added in, like Chinese calligraphy or origami to stimulate brain function and support cognitive wellness.

Each month Dr. Ping will cover a key health topic and focus on that. Ping is passionate about sharing her knowledge and promoting health in the community. Ping has a 30+ history of teaching, mentoring, writing and giving seminars.
