Channel Wellness Class
‘Support long term health’
Discover a gentle, therapeutic class that blends movement, mindfulness, and Traditional Chinese Medicine to support your body, mind, and spirit.
About this class
Developed by Dr Ping Wang, founder of Ping Ming Health and a TCM practitioner with over 30 years of experience, this self-therapy offers a practical, empowering way to support your daily health and wellbeing.
Grounded in the principles of TCM, Dr Ping has designed simple, effective exercises that stimulate external points along the body’s meridian channels — helping restore internal balance and maintain vitality.
TCM identifies 14 major meridians that connect internally to organs and externally to specific body areas. These pathways are commonly activated through acupuncture, cupping, massage, and gua sha to improve energy flow and support the body’s natural functions.
Dr Ping’s method uses your own hands to gently massage key meridian points. Practiced by her for over 40 years, this calming technique is suitable for anyone wanting to take a more active role in their own health.
